Standard Return Policy
- You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
- Returns are free of charge for eligible items — we cover the return shipping cost.
- During promotional periods, the return policy may vary. Please review the specific terms and conditions of the promotion before placing your order.
- For items purchased from authorized third-party retailers, please contact the retailer directly to process returns or exchanges.
Return Process (Excludes Black Friday & Other Promotions)
- To initiate a return, email us at service@omotema.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will respond with a return label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.
- Follow the provided guidelines to package and ship the return — ensure items are in their original condition with all tags intact.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Send an email to service@omotema.com with the subject line “DAMAGED”, including your order number and the photos.
- Submit your claim within 14 days of receiving the order — we will review and arrange for a replacement or full refund (including any applicable shipping costs) promptly.
Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete:
- Email us at service@omotema.com with the subject line “MISSING ITEM”.
- Include your order number and details of the missing product(s).
- We will investigate and resolve the issue by sending the missing item or processing a partial refund as appropriate.
