At Omotema, order delivery consists of two key phases: Processing Time and Shipping Time. We’re committed to getting your apparel to you efficiently while upholding strict quality standards.
Processing Time
This phase includes order verification, tailoring (for custom items), thorough quality checks, and careful packaging. All orders are forwarded to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours of placing your order and receiving full payment.
Shipping Time & Destinations
Shipping time refers to the duration for your package to travel from our warehouse to your specified destination. Below are estimated delivery timelines for in-stock items (times may vary slightly by location):

Shipping Options
- Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: Your order is protected during transit. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement upon receiving sufficient proof.
- Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized daily when sent to our manufacturers. While delivery times may remain similar to Standard Shipping (depending on order volume), your item still includes full insurance coverage.
Important Notes
- Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is due to our multi-location warehouse network, ensuring faster fulfillment from the nearest facility.
- Tracking numbers may take 1–7 days to update with accurate information. For real-time tracking, use a third-party platform like https://17track.net.
- Shipping times are estimates. For certain countries or during high-order volume periods, delivery may take longer. We prioritize quality over speed and work diligently to dispatch all orders as soon as possible — thank you for your understanding.
Order Change Requests
If you need to modify your order (e.g., size, color, shipping address), please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at service@omotema.com. We cannot accommodate changes once your order has been shipped. To avoid disappointment, please double-check your order details before submission.
